Turning Point Counseling is seeking a compassionate and motivated therapist to join our supportive and collaborative team. We provide high-quality, client-centered care while helping our clinicians grow professionally.

What We Offer

• Competitive revenue-based pay:
• 60/40 split for fully licensed clinicians
• 50/50 split for temporary licensed clinicians (with supervision provided)
• Monthly bonus incentive for revenue above $9,000
• Unlimited PTO with advance notice

• Continuing Education reimbursement (up to $500 annually)
• 50% of Health, dental, and vision insurance premiums paid for by Turning Point Counseling
• Free supervision (If applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy (individual, couples, family) using evidence-based approaches
• Conduct intakes, create treatment plans, and complete documentation within 48 hours
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow licensing board ethical standards
• Attend monthly staff meetings (required) and case consultations (optional)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Active Iowa license (LMHC, LISW, LMFT, PsyD) or temporary license in one of the previously mentioned

• Remote work is possible as long as you are located and licensed in the state of Iowa.
