What topics can I discuss in counseling?

We are here to support you with a variety of challenges, including stress, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, trauma, personal growth, and much more.

Do I need prior experience with counseling to start?

Not at all! Whether it’s your first time in counseling or you’ve had experience in the past, we’ll meet you where you are and guide you through the process. Our aim is to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone.

How long is a typical counseling session?

Most sessions are between 45-55 minutes, depending on your needs. This allows time for us to understand your concerns and work through issues at a comfortable pace.

Can I get counseling for relationship or family issues?

Absolutely. We offer individual, couples, and family counseling. Working together, we can help you strengthen communication, understand one another’s perspectives, and find common ground.

How often will I need to come in?

Frequency varies based on your goals and availability. Some people find weekly sessions beneficial, while others prefer bi-weekly or monthly check-ins. We’ll work with you to find what feels right.

Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job by making sure that you have the confidence to take on life’s challenges on your own. No matter how long this takes, we are here to walk along with you through the entire process.

Do you offer weekend appointments?

At this time we do not offer weekend appointments.

Do you prescribe medication?

We do not currently offer medication prescriptions. If this is something that you are interested in, we do have a list of trusted referrals that we would be happy to share with you.
